Was scared of Aaron Sorkin's Steve Jobs script: Michael Fassbender

Performer Michael Fassbender says he was so persuaded he was miscast as tech tycoon Steve Jobs that he considered escaping the motion picture. The motion picture star was given the part after Leonardo DiCaprio and Christian Bale apparently passed it on. Fassbender says he at first thought he had gone up against a lot by marking on for Danny Boyle's biopic when he first perused through screenwriter Aaron Sorkin's script, reported Contactmusic.

Conversing with journalists at the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada, where he was respected with a profession review, Fassbender said, "He (Sorkin) thought of all that stuff! It was so thick! It was such a mountain, and I'm a moderate learner, so when the script landed for me and the open door came to fill the role, I truly thought, 'This is not me. This ought to be another person. It's a miscast situation'.

"In practices, I was attempting to figure out how to escape the occupation. I told my driver, 'In the event that I put my arm in the entryway, you ought to pummel it. It ought to bring about a break and it ought to get me out of this gig'."
