Performing artist Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who plays informant Edward Snowden in new film, says making the motion picture has given him another understanding into issues of security and protection.
Oliver Stone's new film Snowden has been getting rave audits at the Toronto Film Festival, reported ABC News.
"It's not just the administration, there are organizations gathering data too. Yet, look, I'm a genuine confident person, and I tend to see the web as something that has had, and will keep on having, tremendous constructive effect on the greater part of our lives," Gordon-Levitt, 35, said.
"Before dealing with this Snowden venture I never truly ceased to consider any potential drawbacks, and the fact of the matter is each innovation, particularly an intense innovation, dependably can be utilized for good or for awful."
