Producers of Tom Cruise movie sued again for wrongful death

Makers of Tom Cruise's "American Made", once in the past known as "Mena", are hit with another claim, a year after the fatal plane accident on the Colombia set of the film.

The group of Carlos Berl, a Colombian pilot killed in the September 2015 accident, recorded on Wednesday, September 14 in Los Angeles Country Superior Court a wrongful demise suit against Imagine Entertainment and other generation organizations, reported Entertainment Weekly.

The domain of the other decedent, Alan Purwin, asserted that the respondents were "so carelessly, unlawfully and imprudently regulated, arranged, educated, worked, depended, steered, flew, controlled, and coordinated the Subject Aircraft in order to bring about and/or permit it to slam into landscape, offensively harming Plaintiff's decedent, Carlos Berl, who died as a consequence of the wounds supported in the accident," as indicated by the claim.
