A 22-year-old mother let some man toss her four-year-old from a railroad span into a Washington waterway on August 24th, and now they are being refered to with neglectful risk.
The mother asserted that the young man thought it was fun, however the Department of Social and Healthy Services arrested him and another kin on Wednesday, August 31st, as per neighborhood station, KING-TV.
